Revival/Mission Trip to Mexico
Next week, Lord willing, my dad and I will be heading to the Mexico Border to lead a revival at a church there. Looking forward to ministering with my dad and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Mexico these last few years has been known for it violence and gang crimes do to the drug wars between the cartels. Mexico is in need of the Gospel, that people may turn to Jesus to find salvation and true peace. Please pray for us as we head out next week.
Blessings,
Tim
Missions Guatemala March 2015
I am forever thankful to the Lord for all the opportunities he put before me. This March I am making plans to head back to Guatemala to do a follow up with the people who I was able to disciple during my time spent living there. It will be great to be back to see them and see how they are. The Lord is doing a powerful work in Guatemala, and there is so much to be done, so please continue praying for them.
I will also have the opportunity to join my brother Sammy Ramos and his church as they mill be doing a mission trip for a week. I will join them for that week as they will be ministering in the outskirts of Guatemala City. Please pray for this trip to Guatemala, that people may hear and respond to the Gospel and that lives may be changed.
in Him,
Tim
Walking with others!!
Being in Guatemala, the Lord has been shaping and molding me in many ways that I would have never imagined. My faith and dependence on God gets stronger everyday. One of the ways God has been teaching me is learning to walk with others through their trials and struggles. In July, I will be starting a Housing Project to help provide a place for young single adults who have had some rough times in life. This house would provide a safe/positive environment as well as Biblical discipleship training. Please pray that God would use this House to bring Glory to Him by equipping Godly men for the Kingdom.!!

God’s Creation
Everyday I get to see this view. Guatemala is such a beautiful country with many volcanoes and great scenery. I am reminded everyday of God, just by seeing this scenery. God said let there be and there was. At the same time, it reminds me of Romans chapter 1 verses 18 through 32. The Apostle Paul writes, that there is no excuse to not believe in God. God’s manifestation is revealed through His creation. Yet, the people refuse to believe and continue living in their own ways (sin). Guatemala is consider to have millions of evangelicals (most in central america), but they have one of the highest crime rates and poverty in the whole world. Paul mentions that God gave the people over to their own lust, which leads to destruction. Sin is a huge factor all over the world. There are consequences for our sins and many times they lead to great destruction. The Good news is that God sent HIS son Jesus to die for all these people. There is Grace for everyone. Pray that God would cause a revival to restore many who are hurting and are in need of a savior. Solo Deo Gloria!!
Chichicastenango
Thankful for another year of ministry. This past weekend I had the honor to go to Chichicastenango, Guatemala and minister at Iglesia Dios es Amor. Pastor Donald Simon leads that congregation and is doing an excellent job. Chicicstenango is a tough place to minister in, because of all the Mayan practices that still exist today. I had the opportunity to lead a training course for Audio/Video. There were about 15 students who where there to learn more about A/V and serve their church by using their gifts. It is a blessings to see people desire to serve the Lord through media. 15 to 20 years ago that was probably not the case, but know, A/V is a crucial part of today’s church. Thank God I was able to invest in these folks, that they may continue serving the Lord.

Guatemala Zone 12
This last week I have been helping out a good friend with his ministry. Alejandro and his family have been serving in Zone 12 here in Guatemala. This particular zone is know for it’s crime and drugs. God has allowed Alejandro to open up an Opportunity Center and is teaching kids English with the help of Rosetta Stone. Kids have been learning English by coming to the Opportunity Center for classes during the week. There has been a change amongst the kids who are in these classes. There grades have increased in school, behavior has improved at school and at home. Parents are even noticing a change amongst there kids. This has opened up an opportunity to reach out to the parents and invite them to one of the community groups from the church. God is doing some great things here in zone 12, but the challenge is resources. Pray that God would continue to bless this ministry and the family of Alejandro to keep up the work God has called them to do.
Blessings
